Destination Sundance: Go Glamping Inside Veuve Cliquot’s Ski Lounge

If this is what glamping looks like, sign us up.

As the snow fell harder and harder while we were Sundancing around Park City, we were looking for the perfect warm retreat and stumbled upon an orange oasis tucked outside of the ultra-glam Montage Deer Valley: The Veuve Clicquot Après Ski Lounge.

Since we’re a fan of all things Veuve, we couldn’t resist taking a peek inside and we didn’t regret it. The mountain lounge, decked out in the brand’s signature yellow hue, offered a comfy pseudo-cabin for the perfect girl’s day out. We cozied up on plush, studded couches and chairs, sipped champagne, and kicked back. We had only planned to stop in for a glass, but the vibe was inviting, cool, and luxe, that we ended up sticking around until closing time.

Inside of the lounge, you can buy Veuve Clicquot by the glass or by the bottle in the Yellow Label, Brut, Rose, Grande Dame, or Grand Dame Rose varieties. If you really want to splurge, you can celebrate the 200th anniversary of Madame Clicquot Inventing Rose D’Assemblage with a bottle of 2006 La Grande Dame Rose. It also comes with a taste of the Golden Reserve, Crown Jewel, and Tsar Nicoulai Caviar for $1500.

If you have a group of four – like we did – the bottle of Veuve Clicquot label for $85 is a more budget friendly option.

Small bites including caviar, a trio of popcorn (black truffle, Korean chili-lime, and butter sea salt), house-made bbq potato chips, local cheese & charcuterie, and more. The caviar starts at $265 and you can grab up small bites like the popcorn for $14-$28.

The lounge is open to the public throughout the ski season. Don’t miss out on this hideaway that is perfect for girls’ trips or canoodling with your bae.
