The Complete FAB Super Bowl LIII Atlanta Parties and Events Guide

It’s officially Super Bowl weekend in ATL and we’ve got all the details on the hottest parties and events around the city that you need to know about.

Friday:

TAO’s Big Take Takeover: (Thursday-Sunday); Tao Group is bringing its hotspot club to the A with a 4-day pop-up at Tongue and Groove called the Big Take Takeover. Following its kick off Thursday night, the party will continue on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with pre-game parties and bashes where attendees can dance the night away and enjoy musical performances until 4 a.m. On Friday, Tao Group will team up with Owen’s Craft Mixers for a pre-game cocktail party with an open bar from 8-10 p.m. When the party kicks off at 9 p.m., DJ Vice will spin hits and Sheck Wes will perform.  Tickets are available here. Cam Newton’s Cigar Bar Opening: Cam Newton will kick off his Fellaship weekend of parties with his Art of Smoking bash. It will feature artwork from his private collection and show off his new restaurant and cigar bar Fellaship. Guests will enjoy hand-rolled cigars, cocktails, and bites. Those who purchase VIP tickets will have access to the complimentary premium open bar, comp valet, and custom Fellaship cigar box. Shaq’s Fun House: Hosted by Shaquille O’ Neal this carnival-themed Friday night bash is one of the premiere events of the night in the city. Migos, DJ Tiesto, Diplo, Lil Jon, and T-Pain are all set to perform, and Shaq will performa set. There will also be a performance by Mystere by Cirque du Soleil, and guests will also enjoy an open bar and grub from some of Atlanta’s top restaurants. Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest: The fest will kick off Friday with performances from Post Malone and Aerosmith at State Farm Arena. Tickets are available here and start at $150 on Stubhub (9 p.m., State Farm Arena, 1 State Farm Dr.

7th Annual Bootsy Bellows Big Game Experience: Friday – Sunday; The h.wood group is hosting their annual Big Game Experience pop up with E11EVEN Miami at Ravine ATL. Guests can expect to see performances by aerialists, acrobats, contortionists, and dancers. The experience kicked off with a performance by Gucci Mane Thursday. On Friday, Chantel Jeffries will spin hits and Tiesto will perform. Saturday, French Montana will perform with DJs Devin Lucien and Fred Matters spinning, and on Sunday Kaskade will provide the entertainment. Each night kicks off at 11 p.m. (Ravine, 1021 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta)

Super Bowl Live: Free concert series curated by Jermaine Dupri and presented by Verizon, which features six days of outdoor concerts in Centennial Olympic Park. (2-10 p.m.) Pastor Troy will take the stage Saturday at 8 p.m.

Saturday:

Fanatics: Fanatics founder Michael Rubin’s annual daytime invite-only bash is touching down in the A and bringing some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment with it. Ciara, Shaq, Peyton Manning, and Taran Killam are just a few of the stars set to attend. Meek Mill will perform. 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. ; College Football Hall of Fame (250 Marietta Street NW, Atlanta).

NFL Honors: The NFL’s televised awards show that recognizes the season’s best players and performances. Held at the Fox Theater. (660 W Peachtree St. NW , 2:30 – 7 p.m.)

Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest (Cardi/Bruno Mars Concert): Cardi B and Bruno Mars will take the stage at State Farm Arena at Bud Light’s fest Saturday night. The show kicks off at 9  p.m. at State Farm Arena. Tickets are available here and start at $150 on Stubhub (9 p.m., State Farm Arena)

Sports Illustrated Saturday Night Lights Party: This is one of the biggest parties of the weekend.. Sports Illustrated will make its return to the Super Bowl with a big bash at the College Football Hall of Fame with performances by Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne, and DJ sets by DJ Irie and Dallas Austin. Guests will also enjoy a silent auction filled with sports and entertainment memorabilia like Steve Young’s 49ers helmet, a Prince signed electric guitar and a Peyton Manning Super Bowl game helmet. Party starts at 9 p.m. Tickets are pricey, but if you can afford to splurge, do it. Tix are available here and start at $500. (College Football Hall of Fame, 250 Marietta St. NW, Atlanta, 30313)

Rolling Stone Live: Atlanta’s Big Game Bash: Rolling Stone will take over The Goat Farm Art Center by Skylight. The event will feature special performances from Ludacris, Young Thug, Gunna and Lil Keed.  Questlove will be spinning at the event. (9 p.m. – 1 .am.; The Goat Farm, 1200 Foster ST NW, Atlanta, GA 30318)

GQ + NFL’s NFL Honors After Party: GQ will host the invite-only afterparty for the ceremony at a private gallery. Music will be provided by taco. (9 p.m. – 1 a.m., Private location).

Cam Newton’s Art of 404 Party: Another of Cam Newton’s Fellaship events; a bash that will celebrate the major events and moments that shaped sports, culture, fashion, food and music in Atlanta. Hand-rolled cigars will be available, along with Southern grub, cocktails, and more. cuisine, entertainment provided by Beats by Dre. (6:30 p.m. – 2 a.m. Fellaship)

Sunday:

Stubhub’s ATL Tailgate: StubHub is putting on it’s exclusive pre-game fan event – ATL Tailgate – for ticket holders with free food, drinks, and meet and greets with NFL ballers Emmanuel Sanders and Dan Fouts. Attendees will also enjoy oversized games including beer pong, and there will be face painting and team merchandise on hand to get game ready. This is a huge event, so thousands of fans are expected.
